Training Opportunities

While the majority of our presentations are in educational settings, we also offer seminars, workshops, and keynote addresses for businesses, parent groups, and community groups to create bucketfilling workplaces, families, and communities.

Schools, businesses and organizations outside SE Michigan* (or > 150 miles from Brighton, MI) are offered a Per Diem rate of $2,900. This includes up to FIVE hours of staff training or up to THREE sessions per day (staff and/or student) and all travel expenses. Our training opportunities include:

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS:
BF101 & BF201

  • Time: 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours
  • Investment: $500* each (one school or up to 75 people)
  • BF101: An in-depth understanding of bucket filling including history, life-long benefits, types, rules, and motivating factors
  • BF201: An expansion of BF101 principles to create your own Bucketfilling School. Includes ways to keep your own bucket filled and construct a positive school culture

BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL STAFF WORKSHOPS

  • Time: 60 minutes or less
  • Investment: $300* each (up to 50 people)
  • A basic understanding of bucketfilling concepts: Filling, Dipping, and the Lid to create a Bucketfilling School
  • Offered with same-day school assemblies

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES

  • Time: 60 minutes (or less for PreK - 2 students)
  • Investment: $500* each (maximum 250 - 300 students)
  • Suggested groupings by grade levels (i.e. K - 2 and 3 - 5)
  • Based on concepts from our books, lively interaction, and role plays of real-life student experiences
  • Parents are encouraged to attend
  • Faith-based principles added for religious programs

CONFERENCE/KEYNOTE ADDRESS

  • Time: 45 - 120 minutes
  • Investment: $2,000* with no maximum size
  • Customized for your audience
  • Includes up to two same-day break-out sessions
  • Fulfills your three per diem choices for outside SE Michigan

BUSINESS SEMINARS

  • Time: 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours
  • Investment: $500* each (up to 75 people)
  • Want to resolve negativity in the workplace and create a positive, constructive, pleasurable organization for your employees and customers? Positivity begins when employees understand the bucket concept and learn the importance of keeping their own bucket filled, so they, in turn, can work together to fill others.
  • Presentations are personalized to focus on your organization's challenges.
